Estimator / Project Manager – Site Work Contractor and Home Builder is in need of the right person for estimating and management of residential home building and site work projects. This person shall be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and determining necessary resources for projects. Responsibilities to include staffing, scheduling, preparing project status reports and ensuring that plans adhere to contract specifications. Candidate must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, be computer proficient, CAD skills a plus, have extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Candidate will perform a variety of tasks and lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Bachelor's degree preferred and/or at least 5 years of experience in the field.
